This is a relationship- focused role. You will act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and a positive overall experience within the Business Executive Network.
You will guide member onboarding and renewals, monitor participation, and proactively support members so they feel connected and valued. The role also includes coordinating meetings, inviting speakers, and creating meaningful experiences for members while working closely with team members to ensure operations run smoothly and membership processes are seamless.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ideal Candidate- We are looking for someone who:
Member Engagement, Support & Relationship Building
Develop strong, proactive relationships with members, maintain regular communication, monitor participation, and identify disengagement or concerns early.
Onboarding & Renewals
Support new member integration and assist with renewal preparation and follow- up conversations.
Event & Meeting Coordination
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and events, recommend relevant topics and speakers, and gather feedback after sessions.
CRM & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM records, track member activity and milestones, and provide participation reports.
Cross- Team Collaboration
Work with the Chairman, executive community, internal teams and external partners to ensure events and member initiatives align with organisational goals and run successfully.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate- We are looking for someone who:
Is comfortable interacting with senior professionals and business leaders
A degree (or working toward one) in communications, marketing, hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus
Is familiar with (or willing to learn) CRM systems and digital communication tools
Demonstrates good judgement, discretion, and professionalism when handling member relationships
Is organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
Has a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine interest in people and community building
Can coordinate effectively with external vendors, partners, and speakers
Communicates confidently and professionally in English (written and spoken)
Has at least one year’s experience in relationship management, membership services, hospitality, event coordination, or other client- facing roles
