[HCM] Công Ty Công Nghệ Algorithmics Việt Nam Tuyển Dụng Operations Intern Full-time 2025 (Hỗ Trợ 3.000.000-4.000.000/Month)

Key accountabilities
- Help check and maintain compliance with internal SOPs in daily operational workflows.
- Support troubleshooting by documenting system or operational issues and reporting them to the Operations Executive/Manager.
- Participate in periodic data reviews to ensure consistency.
- Assist in monitoring daily operations in Odoo, ensuring lesson schedules, group statuses, and attendance records are accurate.
- Support data accuracy by updating and verifying student, teacher, and course information in Odoo under supervision.
- Help prepare basic operational reports and dashboards to provide visibility for the Operations team.
- Assist in setting up new courses, groups, and class schedules in the system.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Academic teams to support data or process- related tasks in Odoo.
Qualifications
- Current university students in Year 2, 3, or 4 (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields). Can start ASAP
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail (mandatory)
- Available to work full time (Mon- Fri 10am- 6pm)
- Good command of English (mandatory)
Ability to work under supervision and collaboratively in a dynamic team
