Role Description
This is a full- time, on- site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Business Analyst Trainee. The Business Analyst Trainee will collaborate with team members to gather and analyze business requirements, develop insights for decision- making, and recommend process improvements. The role also involves consistently reviewing and aligning business operations with organizational goals, and documenting findings and strategies in an efficient manner.
Qualifications

Knowledge of ERP systems and digital solutions is advantageous
Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus
Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision- making
Strong problem- solving capabilities and attention to detail
Effective Communication skills, including clear documentation and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Understanding of Business Processes and their optimization
