JOB DESCRIPTION

Ticket Fulfillment: Track inventory and ensure correct tickets are shipped to the right customers on time.
Market Monitoring: Regularly check ticket marketplaces to ensure listings are current and accurate.

REQUIREMENTS

Flexible schedule; must be available for changing work hours and occasional weekends.
Ability to maintain high accuracy under pressure.
Proficient computer and internet research skills with the ability to verify search results quickly.
Strong English reading comprehension (emails, websites, notifications) with ability to identify key information.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self- motivated and proactive work ethic.
