purposes
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, youwill work closely with our HR team to support various recruitmentactivities and gain hands- on experience in talent acquisition processes.
Key
resposibilities
Assist in creating job postings to attract potential candidates.
Do ad- hoc tasks (if any) required from Talent Acquisition supervisor.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates&039; skills and qualifications.
Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation.
Support Employer Branding activities online and offline (if any).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support HR Team set- up online & offline test for candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet browsers.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Good customer service and problem- solving skill.
3rd or final year student from university majoring in Human Resources, Business Administrations, Economics, English is preferred. The expected graduation date should be in after July 2026.
Good English in written and verbal communication.
Ability to multi- tasks, attention to details.

Location: STARBuilding- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00).
