In charge of Budget Management & Internal Process, OPSI, Store Development:
BUDGET MANAGEMENT & INTERNAL PROCESS:

Working closely with related departments for all of internal process.
Co- operate with cross- department to officially release the Monthly Sales Scheme and Price Policy to each channel.
Record all related expenses in the department including Sales Promotion, Marketing, Retail, Logistic, Biz trip expense, …
Analyze Gross Margin, NGPs by model wise, channel wise & the whole department’s business.

OPSI:

Work closely with Warehouse and Logistics Dept to manage product supply, certificates for new product’s custom clearance & duties.
Daily keep track of the stock availability to secure stock supply.
Allocate stock for each channel and each region, based on Sales Forecast and each channel&039;s OPSI.

STORE DEVELOPMENT:

Display management (follow process, invest budget, design...).
POSM material management (purchase request, work with vendor for design, production...).
All of other related tasks assigned by Head of Product, WH

Qualifications
Education background:

Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Languages/ Business Administration/ Economics or related major.

Working experience:

No working experience is required.
Having experience in related position is an advantage.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred)
Good negotiation and result oriented.
Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5+) and/or English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Others:

Willing to learn and willing to do.
