Social Media Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
As a Social Media Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate, and ambitious team, working on a variety of social media campaigns for multiple brands. This role will allow you to gain hands- on experience across all aspects of social media, helping you grow your skills and expand your expertise.
Job Responsibility
Monitoring & Report – 40%
Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, Tiktok,…): reply comments and inbox, maintain users’ interaction, collect and fill data contests/minigames…
Social Analysis – Report Analysis: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, VOC, Sentiment.
Project management (Project, timeline, human) – 40%
Support to implement all booking related tasks on social media, especially KOLs/Community booking.
Ensure project timeline, paperwork process, payment with suppliers.
Report progress and quality of work to your mentor.
Social Experts – 20%
Support team members to grow up and develop social skills together.
Stay on top of industry trends, seek out and share information on new channel opportunities to apply to client business needs, and provide insight by vertical.
Other assigned tasks by Line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills/Abilities
Hard- working attitude.
Excellent in task management, time management.
Up to date with new trends and developments.
Knowledge in terms of Digital Marketing, Communications, and the industry.
Be able to work under pressure.
Flexible, careful, diligent, detailed.
Experience and Education
Be able to work full- time, on- site for 6- 12 months.
Fresh graduate/ final year student.
Have experience in managing Fanpage and working with KOLs/ influencers is highly preferred.
