Field Event Execution Support

Coordinate with the team to set up booths, displays, and POSM at retail outlets or event locations.
Support the execution of activation programs, product sampling, and interactive games to engage consumers.
Prepare, transport, and install display materials (standee, shelves, wobblers, backdrops, etc.).

Merchandising Audit and Display Tracking

Report findings with photos and comments on setup quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
Evaluate display quality using checklists on brand visibility and merchandising compliance.
Conduct field visits to retail points (supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) to capture display images.

Other Assigned Tasks

Support logistical activities before and after events.
Update activity reports and coordinate with suppliers or partners when required.

Basic knowledge of business and marketing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in participating in events or field sales is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Owns a personal vehicle (motorbike) and has good knowledge of the local market area is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
