Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Support offer preparation and pre- onboarding processes when required.
Contact candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
Ensure excellent Candidate Experience throughout the hiring journey.
Prepare interview materials, assessments, and follow- up communication.
Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines on ATS/Sheets.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers and TA team to ensure smooth recruitment flow.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing or Boolean search.
Full- time availability
Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
Solid proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Excellent English communication (spoken &
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations.
Proactive, organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle confidential information.
