JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support in item creation on La Vie&039;s procurement system.
- Archive procurement documents by online and offline.
- Support in vendor code creation on La Vie&039;s procurement system.
- Generate KPI report (PR/PO timeline, spend analysis, supplier performance, saving,...) by Power BI.
- Update SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and WI (Work Instructions) relating to Procurement Department.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager (Procurement Manager)
- Actively support and participate in projects when assigned (to be shared in the interview)
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent at office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge about Power BI is a big plus.
- Quick learner, good at communication, possess positive and can- do attitude.
- Fluent English skill (both speaking and writing).
- Preference will be given to candidates who have major in International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistics or internship experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Procurement.
- Final year student or Fresh graduate who can work full- time in 6 months.
