PAYROLL SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Other tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors
- Work closely with tax offices, insurance companies, etc.
- Able to provide consultancy to clients on labour law, insurance, PIT, etc.
- Assist clients in updating the HR records, statistics and reports, etc.
- Ensure the payroll services are provided on time per client’s request
- Advise clients on issues and concerns relating to C&B policies and practices.
- Assist in checking timesheets, annual leave and other payroll- related documents sent by clients and calculate payroll
- Assist clients in Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance registration, claims, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from university in finance, law, accounting or audit field
- Able to use English fluently
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
- Good at communication and presentation
- Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Master of labour law and Personal income tax law
