JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform other tasks related to product operations as assigned by the supervisor.
Monitor project progress and track tasks in accordance with established workflows and procedures.
Manage work- related files, product documents, reports, and tracking lists systematically.
Assist in updating product backlog, task lists, and project documentation.
Assist in gathering feedback from partners and customers to improve product offerings.
Support the team in ensuring timelines and deliverables are aligned with agreed milestones.
Report daily work progress to direct supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
Support product commercialization activities, including preparing product materials and assisting in go- to- market coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Final year student or Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, English Language, IT and Information Systems or other related majors;
Good communication & time management skills;
Good documentation & organization skill; Having experience with task management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
Fluent English, IELTS 5.5- TOEIC 700 or equivalent; having a certificate is a plus;
Prefer female candidates, personal laptop required;
1 year of work after internship commitment.
