Job Responsibilities
Client Support:

Take meeting notes and follow up on client requests and feedback.
Work closely with Account/Sale and Operation teams to ensure campaign tasks are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Planning Support:

Join brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns.
Assist in gathering information and data from internal teams (media, creative, etc.) to support proposal development.

Execution & Monitoring:

Support campaign execution tasks such as contract preparation, coordinating with creative agencies, taking ad screenshots, and tracking progress.
Assist in building monthly and post- campaign performance reports.

Requirements

Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
No prior experience required, but we’re looking for someone who is:

+ Basic knowledge of digital media or advertising is a plus.
+ Interested in digital marketing and client service.
+ Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
+ A good communicator with strong teamwork and time management skills.
