GENERAL INTRODUCTION
PATI Group is searching for ambitious Marketers to train as the next generation of Performance Marketers for our x20 growth goal. This is not a “coffee- runner” apprenticeship. You will work directly on ad accounts for the US/EU markets, access real- world data systems, and be mentored by leading Seniors in the Global E- commerce industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will start with the smallest tasks, but they require absolute precision:
Campaign Execution (40%):
Control: Conduct daily audits of ad account statuses to ensure everything operates smoothly.
Implementation: Support seniors in setting up campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads according to approved strategies.
Data & Reporting (30%):
Metrics Update: Perform Daily Reports and cross- check data between Ad Dashboards (Meta/TikTok) and the system Backend to ensure data integrity.
Risk Alert: Closely monitor fluctuating metrics (spiking CPM, dropping ROAS, click fraud, etc.) and report immediately to Management for timely handling.
Analysis: Support the team in conducting in- depth breakdown analysis (by device, location, age, etc.) as requested.
Integrity & Compliance (20%):
Policy Mastery: Research and continuously update yourself on Meta/Google Policy changes. You will be the “living dictionary” for platform rules.
Review: Audit content and Landing Pages before launching to ensure zero policy violations.
System Support (10%):
Resource Management: Coordinate with the Creative team to organize and store Creative Assets scientifically for easy retrieval.
Admin: Perform operational support tasks for the Marketing team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Target Candidates:
Final- year students or fresh graduates
(Experience .
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science fields with a passion for Marketing.
Meta/Facebook Ads: Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Management. Prior experience running personal ads (dropship, affiliate, fanpage) is an advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
English: Equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ (Special focus on Reading & Comprehension). You must read Facebook/Google Policies in English as fluently as reading daily news. 100% Global working environment.
AI Tools: Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, and video editing tools like Sora, Veo, or Kling.
Video Editing: Proficient in cutting, adding text/captions, and background music to support the Creative team.

Unlimited Income: Competitive base salary starting from 15,000,000 VND (negotiable based on capability) + Annual Performance Bonus (based on % of revenue growth you generate). You have the right to value yourself and negotiate with us.

Recruitment Process:

Round 1- Application & Technical Challenge: After submitting your CV (with Portfolio attached), you will receive a technical challenge.
Round 2- In- depth Interview: A discussion regarding technical expertise and cultural fit with PATI’s management team.
Round 3- Founder’s Table: Direct strategic discussion with the CEO.
Working Conditions:
Time:
Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with a 1- hour lunch break.
Location: PATI Group Office – Ho Chi Minh City.
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM- 09:00 AM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections- mind, body, and momentum aligned.
Note: This is a full- time, onsite position to ensure the highest speed of coordination.
