Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis for:

Industry analysis
Comparable transactions valuation
Potential buyer profiles
Comparable listed companies valuation
Target profiles

Assist drafting of important pitch documents and marketing materials

Marketing documents for mergers and acquisitions mandates, such as teasers, information memorandums and management presentations
Pitch books for potential transactions

Attend meetings with clients and counterparties, and prepare concise, insightful notes on the meeting

Participate in meetings and add value to the discussions
Prepare concise, insightful notes on the meeting
Prepare for meetings, such as writing agendas and descriptions of attendees

Job Qualifications for an Analyst Intern:
We are interested in candidates who meet the following criteria. Prior experience in finance or banking is highly desirable.

Highly motivated, enthusiastic and shows initiative
Superior knowledge of advanced tools in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
An outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting
Must be eligible to work in Vietnam
Good commercial sense and an interest and inherent curiosity in businesses, their operations and strategies
Excellent analytical skills, with fundamental understanding of financial statements and valuation principles and techniques
Adherence to strict confidentiality
A strong interest in Asia and desire to develop a career in Asian M&A
Clear, confident social and communication abilities (both written and verbal) to interact in a natural, compelling manner with senior executives
