Compensation and Progression

Starting salary from VND 8,000,000 gross per month, progression pathway with target salary growth to VND 12,000,000 – 15,000,000
Additional group private insurance
Statutory insurance (21.5%) fully funded on top of base salary
Working hour: 7:00AM- 03:30PM
13th- month salary
Monthly attendance bonus of VND 200,000
Performance- based bonuses

Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and thought leadership while ensuring all content aligns with MNY Group&039;s brand.
Implement SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve visibility on Google, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and other AI- powered search platforms.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
Manage and grow LinkedIn and Facebook business profiles.
Create and publish articles, service pages, news, and marketing content.
Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and social media performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Knowledge of accounting, finance, or professional services is an advantage.
Experience with GEO or AI search optimisation is highly desirable.
Experience with WordPress, SEO, LinkedIn, and Facebook management.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, and social media tools.
Strong written English and content creation skills.
Experience in digital marketing or content marketing is a plus.
