Job Description
Recruitment (70%)

Post job ads and build candidate sources through multiple channels (sourcing).
Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and arrange on- site interviews.

Support (30%)

Support the onboarding and training process for new hires.
Guide candidates to complete required documents.

Requirements

3rd or 4th year students, available for full- time internship.
Preferably majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.
Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
Passionate about Recruitment, hardworking, eager to learn, and proactive.
Own a personal laptop.
