JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow up the shipments and settle arising issues under responsibility.
Work with related parties for shipment arrangement.
Handle export/ import shipments – both booking & documentation
Handle daily operation including double check documents; input invoice into Yunas system
REQUIREMENTS
Location: 2A- 4A Ton Duc Thang, Saigon Ward, HCMC
Final- year student or recent graduate from a university or college majoring in Logistics, International Trade, Import- Export, Economics, or related fields.
Working hour: 8A.M- 17:30 P.M (Mon- Fri); 8 A.M- 12 P.M (Sat ON- OFF)
Able to commit to a FULL TIME internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Good English (Verbal and non- verbal) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
