JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Work
Additionally, we actively participate in internal training and talent development, contributing to a strong and positive company culture.
We manage the progress of diverse projects such as web applications (Ruby, PHP, Python) and mobile apps (iOS, Android) while supporting Japanese PMs and engineers.
Through detailed discussions, negotiations, and document analysis, we clarify client requirements and communicate them effectively to the development team.
We act as a bridge between development teams in Vietnam and clients in Japan.
Throughout the entire development lifecycle, we provide clients with timely progress updates and valuable technical advice.
Job Description
Provide regular updates and improvement suggestions to clients
Communicate requirements clearly to the dev team and handle development- related Q&A
Facilitate effective meetings between Japan and Vietnam teams
Conduct requirement hearings, documentation, and clarification based on client needs
Create and execute test cases to validate deliverables
Collaborate directly with the Japanese team and bridge communication with the Vietnamese development team
Support Japanese PMs in project progress tracking, problem- solving, and coordination
Participate in internal training and staff development activities as directed by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
Attitude
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

Highly motivated to learn and grow
Open- minded and willing to explore new methods
Skills
Strong schedule and progress management skills
Project management skills (planning, execution, coordination)
Basic understanding of front- end or back- end development
Japanese language proficiency: N1 (speaking, reading, writing)
Analytical skills for both business and system requirements
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of software development processes
Ability to analyze system and business requirements
Experience
Studied at a university (including exchange programs) or worked at a company in Japan for over 1 year
Nice to Have
Experience in team building or working in software development projects.
Hands- on coding skills in front- end or back- end development
Under 25 years old.
