HCM - Corporate Legal Executive - 7 months contract

Maison Retail is operating over 100+ stores across the country under franchising business of 24 brands that includes premium brands to mass namely Dsquared2, Pedro, MLB, Coach, Charles&Keith etc. Corporate Legal Department has always been a cornerstone in management board advisory in term of consulting and monitoring company activities. As a candidate to Legal Officer position, you are expected to be a person of sound judgment and able to establish high level of credibility in a fast paced, intellectually rigorous environment. Legal Officer plays important role in the Legal Department functions and shall be collaborative team player with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.

Contract management:

Monitor the process of signing contract and ensure it according to company policy;
Build up and conduct process of manage, numbering, arrange & store contract hardcopy, softcopy of the whole company.

Review the legality and documents in connection with company operation;
Check, supervise and evaluate the performance of the company in accordance with internal rules and procedures of the company, the law and give advice to superior.
Participate in building and updating the new Legal Database, Documents and Institutions in accordance with state regulations. Studying and researching the latest information on advisory law for management;
Draft/review contract, agreements, official letter and other documents under assignments from Legal Department.
File and manage company document records including licenses, permits, approvals etc. of the Company, its affiliate and extract information whenever reasonably requested by stakeholders;
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superior.
Take responsibility for consultancy activities under the charge of the Legal Department.

Ability to clearly organize and inform through good written and verbal communications;
MS office well- trained.
Ability to analyse problems and come up with practical, workable solutions;
Working under pressure, ability to manage multiple deadlines, work with multiple stakeholders;
Major in Law/Commercial Law (not require experience);
Familiar with Investment Law, Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, IP Law;
