JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct Orientation & Basic Service training to Highlands Coffee Newcomers
Conduct Server Leader and Store Manager training courses
Evaluate trainees after training courses
Training administrative tasks:
+ Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, budgets/ costs, and equipments
+ Be responsible for all admin tasks related to each training cource (registration, test, certificate…)
Ensure all servers&039; compliance in all policies and procedures during store operations by constantly audit store service
Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
Track and compile collected data
Assist Training Manager in other training activities
REQUIREMENTS
2 years’ experiences in Training/ Customer Service
Graduate from College/ University degree
English proficiency
Knowledge of Retail/ Hospitality/ FnB/Training
Ability to:
+ Teach/ train/ coach/ facilitate others
+ Positively influences Server Leaders & store service teams
+ Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
+ Good presentation skills
