Payoo là sản phẩm của Công ty Cổ phần Dịch vụ Trực tuyến Cộng Đồng Việt (VietUnion), được đầu tư bởi Công ty Cổ phần Xây dựng Sài Gòn và NTT Data – Tập đoàn Công nghệ Thông tin hàng đầu Nhật Bản. Dịch vụ Thanh toán Payoo được Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước cấp phép hoạt động trong lĩnh vực trung gian thanh toán vào ngày 18/02/2009, nhằm giúp cho người dùng có thể thanh toán một cách dễ dàng, nhanh chóng và tiện lợi hơn.
Hiện nay dịch vụ thanh toán mà Payoo đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu thanh toán hóa đơn của khách hàng. Ngoài internet banking, quầy giao dịch ngân hàng, khách hàng còn có thể thanh toán hóa đơn trên trang www.payoo.vn và hệ thống máy POS đặt tại hơn 10000 điểm thanh toán có uy tín và quen thuộc với người dân trên toàn quốc.

Năng động: Với mạng lưới hơn 10000 điểm thanh toán có tại các cửa hàng tiện lợi, siêu thị, trung tâm thương mại, cửa hàng điện máy… trên khắp cả nước, Payoo sẽ tạo điều kiện để bạn không cần phải đi quá xa sử dụng các dịch vụ thanh toán hóa đơn của Payoo.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze requirements and create URD/SRS, UserCase, UserStory, Mockup, Prototype, Wireframe, etc.;
Conduct market research and suggest ideas/solutions;
Communicate with clients/stakeholders to elicit and define user/system requirements;
Support sales/project teams in communication/explanation/presentation to new partners;
Support UAT and verify bugs/issues;
Maintain product documentation;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Coordinate with internal/external teams (third parties, suppliers, vendors, etc.);
Train/present for operation teams and stakeholders to understand and launch the business;
Communicate with technical and non- technical teams, and follow the project process (schedule, timeline, golive, etc.);
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Requirements:
Good problem- solving skills;
Experience with SDLC (Waterfall, Agile).
No experience needed for Freshers;
At least 2 years of experience in product development as an IT- BA/Product Owner or similar position for Leader/Senior/Expert;
Proficient in using Figma, Visio, Azure, or other Business Modeling Design Tools;
Experience in Fintech market is a plus;
Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Financial with IT background or related field;
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must;
Basic understanding of database programming;
Good understanding of UI/UX design or user mindset/behavior;
Personal Requirements:
Hard working, responsible, meticulous and good communication skills;
Ability to study, research, and quickly capture new business domains;
Analytical mindset;
Ability to work independently and in a team, and work under high pressure.
