Legal Specialist
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail- oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
Lixibox is a full- stack one- stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well- known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in- house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, company policies, and other internal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide summaries or reports on relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and records.
Prepare, research, and draft legal documents as assigned, including matters related to intellectual property, business registration, promotional programs, and advertising notifications.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Legal Executive or Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, and commercial regulations.
Good command of English (reading and writing).
Strong attention to detail, good analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
