The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail- oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.
Lixibox is a full- stack one- stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well- known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in- house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Follow- up:
Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.
Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing
Coordination:
Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior
Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems.
Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
Supporting the Team:
Generate reports as per request from team
Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.
Arrange product samples in showrooms.
Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong presentation design aesthetics with a keen eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling.
Attention to detailFluent in English (4 skills), second language is a plus.
Good computer skills (Excel / Word/Powerpoint…)
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administrative, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
