Attend international trade fairs and business networking events.
Maintain strong customer relationships and drive new international sales.
Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, Ekim, trade fairs, chambers of commerce, and cold outreach activities.
Develop expertise in the company’s products and provide engaging training sessions for partners and clients (online and offline).
Negotiate distribution and sales agreements, and manage the end- to- end export process for Star Kombucha, Chill Cocktail, and other beverage lines.
Research market trends and propose export strategies for assigned regions, optimized Route- to- Market (RTM) strategies to improve sell- in and sell- out performance across international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with export authorities, trade promotion agencies, and embassies/consulates.
Expand exports in key markets including China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.
Handle customer complaints and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data to build a reliable internal CRM.
Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Report regularly to the International Sales Manager on market insights, new leads, and sales progress.
KPI Framework
Short- term (First 60 days):
Pipeline: ≥ 3 opportunities in advanced negotiation
Client Engagement: ≥ 10 product presentations or negotiations
Lead Generation: ≥ 20- 50 qualified leads
Phase 2 (4–6 Months):
Order Conversion: ≥ 1 order of 1 FCL 20ft OR equivalent value
Monthly Revenue: $20,000 – $30,000 USD starting month 4
On- going Activity
Response Time: Respond to clients within 24 hours
Customer Retention≥ 80% retention rate
CRM Updates: 100% of interactions logged
Yêu cầu công việc
1–2 years of export experience
Willing to travel abroad.
Strong sales, communication, and research skills.
Strong international network and cultural understanding.
Fluent English (Chinese preferred for China/HK/Macau market).
Experience in FMCG / Beverage / Export.
Capable of client sourcing via online tools and trade databases.
Preference given to foreign nationals, expats, or overseas Vietnamese
