Job Description:

Support Business Development & Marketing team to generate promotions programs:
Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, freeship voucher and other type of vouchers
Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user- reported issues and ensure a good user experience.
Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.
Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process.
Pricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add- on deals and other type of pricetags
Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.

Requirements:

Have a service mindset.
Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
Command of communication, negotiation, and problem- solving.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Nimble, careful, enjoy working on details.
