JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Responsible for communication email, and support paperwork tasks.
- Ensure timely execution and production of key deliverables (including communications and support materials).
- Assist Marketing events; assist with other internal events as requested.
- Assist marketing and communication activations while worked in conjunction with professional staff across offices in HCMC and Hanoi
REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements:
- Well- organized. Good time management. Have good communication skills, team spirit, and can- do attitude.
- You are going to graduate from the university with majors are Marketing, Business, Multimedia or Commerce.
- English fluency (Listening, writing and speaking)
- Be able to work fulltime for 5 months.
- Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
- Be sufficient in using Adobe Creative suites (Indesign or Photoshop) is a big plus.
- Have knowledge of printing, publishing and/or graphics art procedures is a big plus.
