The Sony Fresh Minds Program invites young and dynamic graduates to join Sony’s workforce, where fresh ideas and creativity are nurtured through a shared journey of growth and success.
Successful candidates will participate in a 12- month mentorship program starting from April 2026, designed to develop essential career skills in areas such as retailing, marketing, sales, and other business functions at Sony Electronics Vietnam.

SELECTION PROCESS
• Round 3: HR Interview
• Round 2: Online Test
• Onboarding: April 2026
• Round 5: Panel Interview (Case Study & Presentation)
• Round 4: Assessment Center
• Round 1: Application
Working time: 9:00 AM- 6:15 PM, Monday- Friday
Working location: 93 Nguyen Du, Saigon Ward, HCMC
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
Education Background
• Good command of English.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience.
• GPA above 7.5/10 or 3.0/4.0.
• Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, English, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
Essential Skills & Personal Attributes
• High self- awareness.
• Have a progressive and innovative mindset with a willingness to take on challenges and strive for excellence.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under high pressure.
• Passionate about consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
