Proposal Marketing & Product Communication (Key Focus)

Support in building and refining marketing proposals (solution decks, product pitch, internal proposal materials).
Ensure proposals are visually consistent, easy to understand, and aligned with product value proposition.
Continuously improve existing proposal decks based on feedback and usage.
Transform raw inputs (features, data, technical info) into clear, compelling, and structured PowerPoint presentations.
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate product capabilities into user- centric messaging.

Stakeholder Engagement & Community Communication

Support in synthesizing feedback to enhance user experience narratives.
Proactively communicate product updates to raise awareness and engagement.
Follow up with stakeholders and product team to gather input and improve communication quality.

Internal Communication

Support creation of internal communication materials (newsletters, announcements, updates).
Publish monthly newsletters summarizing key activities and product updates.
Ensure communication content is clear, structured, and visually appealing (primarily via PowerPoint/Office tools).

Event & Campaign Support

Support preparation of presentation materials and communication assets for events
Participate in planning and executing internal marketing activities (events, webinars, showcases).

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Marketing- related internship/experience is a plus.
Strong interest in product marketing / B2B communication / proposal development.
Working full- time in 6 months (Monday- Friday)
Under- graduated students with Major in Digital marketing or related.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing).
Advanced
PowerPoint skills
Ability to structure content logically (storytelling, flow, key message framing).
Experience in building professional slides (pitch decks, reports, proposals).
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
