What will you do?

Contribute to the purchasing database update by providing necessary information to commodity managers / supplier leaders / update database of spend
Help maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders in factories & suppliers in Asia Pacific to manage strategic transfer projects.
Collaborate with global & regional categories (RCM/SSL) in defining, deploying of category strategy and initiatives. Identify business needs, market evolution, support sourcing, supplier- base development & optimization.
Coordinate with suppliers to promote co- development, innovations, drive “Green” initiative (e.g., recycled resin, zero carbon program, green packaging etc.)
Supplier information update on system (SAP)
Support cross- functional team to mitigate supplier conflict, invoice dispute, supplies risk, and collaborate to drive supplier performance in term of cost, quality, and delivery

Location: Schneider Electric Manufacturing Vietnam- Ho Chi Minh City High- Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, HCM city
Who will you report to?- Plant Procurement Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Good English proficiency.
Job Related Experience:· Strong analytical and organizational skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).· Good communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
