We&039;re inviting passionate young talents to kickstart their careers with us by joining our Customer Development team. In this role, you&039;ll work closely with key customers to drive commercial excellence through impactful promotions, in- store execution, and market intelligence initiatives. This opportunity is perfect for candidates who are customer- centric, commercially driven, and eager to develop winning strategies and strong partnerships in the fast- paced FMCG industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Activation Management
Monitor implementation and ensure activities are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected results.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate and remind the Operations Team to place sufficient orders for each activation.
Book and follow up on activation programs.
Activation evaluation.
Visibility Execution
Provide insights on POSM effectiveness and recommend the best display solutions for each account, especially CRV and AEON.
Drive Perfect Store execution in alignment with CSP guidelines and visibility rental investments.
Collect and consolidate execution photos and program updates.
Promotion Management
Understand key business priorities and focus categories for each outlet/account.
Ensure promotional execution supports business growth objectives.
Negotiate and secure product participation in promotional activities and on- post displays.
Track customers’ promotion calendars and opportunities.
Competitor & Market Intelligence
Identify successful market practices and extract key learnings.
Update competitor activities, promotions, visibility, and in- store execution.
Proactively recommend new programs, activation ideas, and commercial initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and drive sales growth.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Exposed to experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Modern Trade is a plus
Ready to start full- time at Unilever Homebase, District 7, HCMC
Strong project coordination and execution skills.
Hardworking, Careful and Trusted.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and comfortable working cross- functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.
Final- year students/Fresh Graduates studying in Business, Economics, or other relevant fields, with less than 02 years of experience
