About the job Human Resources Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content creation on social media: Increase employer brand visibility on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) by developing various types of creative content, designs, and artworks.
Assist in providing creative solutions for internal and external communications, promoting talent management and training activities, and fostering a learning culture within the organization.
Assist in hiring process, including data input, CV screening, and interview arrangement.
Support in capturing videos/pictures of events for branding materials.
Press release:o Support the crafting of press materials and articles for branding purposes.o Assist in following up with vendors for relevant tracking and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.).
Open- minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting scope of work when needed.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
