Job Description

In our manufacturing plants, Plant Technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.
In Vietnam, P&G Indochina Ltd. has 02 plants with details as following:
Ben Cat Plant: Vietnam – Vinh Tan Ward- Tan Uyen Town – Binh Duong Province.
Binh Duong Plant: Dong An IP – Binh Hoa Ward – Thuan An City – Binh Duong Province

Role Responsibilities
Strictly follow safety & quality standards to provide the perfect quality products to our consumers
Able to display skills in manufacturing processes to maintain high performance production lines
Maintaining accurate records and data
Job Qualifications
Willing to work in rotating shifts
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
Vietnamese citizenship only
No work experience required
Last year students, or Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree holders with Engineering/STEM background
Good Collaboration to work with people from diverse backgrounds
