JOB DESCRIPTION
Support to sort out collected payment requests (hard copies or e- Documents inKPMG system)
Support to check documentations and make sure everything is correct and complied with the tax regulation and KPMG’s policies
Other ad- hoc duties.
Support to input eInvoice to system
Support to prepare and print the payment to staff, local and oversea vendors
Support to check advance & per- diem form
Support to update payment to bank books & petty cash books
Support to prepare the VAT input declaration- items
REQUIREMENTS
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
Advanced MS Excel skills
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
New graduate or final year student can work full- time
Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and procedures
