JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
This position will be in charge of executing Innisfree trade marketing plans and ensuring smooth operational processes. The role focuses on coordinating with internal teams, to implement trade marketing activities effectively, managing execution processes, and optimizing trade marketing operations to enhance brand performance and business growth.
Principal Accountabilities
Trade Marketing Plan Deployment
Work with stakeholders for trade activities communication (manage trade marketing assets, POS materials, promotional tools, and digital assets to ensure timely distribution and usage).
Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
Assist in managing trade marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders to optimize workflow efficiency.
Support internal processes, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Performance Evaluation
Track, report, and analyze trade marketing performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and analysis related to trade marketing activities and performance across offline sales channels.
Market Insights
Conduct store visits and online research to gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements
(Qualification and experience, personal skills and attributes)
Education and Experience
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint)
Skill Sets
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong coordination and execution skills.
Proactive problem- solving and adaptability.
