JOB DESCRIPTION

1:1 Management:

Encourageconsistent and higher- quality content supply (livestreams, videos, KLSparticipation).
Identifyperformance gaps and provide actionable guidance to uplift results.
Closelymanage top creators to drive GMV growth and improve overall performance.

Daily operations:

Trackand manage daily creator activities, including GNE tasks/projects, violationhandling, BAU assortment support, and promotion status checks.
Proactivelyshare platform campaigns and initiatives, ensuring creators are well- informedand able to participate effectively to maximize GMV.
Buildand stabilize KLS performance, with a focus on achieving and sustainingbreakeven sessions.
Collaboratewith AMs to secure deals for creators, including key sellers, new sellers, ornew product matchmaking opportunities.

Relationship management:

Conductmonthly catch- ups with creators to review performance, share insights, andalign on key improvement areas and growth plans.
Buildlong- term, win- win partnerships with creators based on trust and transparency.

Onboarding new creators:

Proactivelyhunt and onboard potential top creators on a monthly basis.
Ensurenew creators have the capability and commitment to deliver 5k+ GMV persession and align with platform growth and monetization strategies

REQUIREMENTS

Proven ability to plan and execute based on data- driven decision- making
At least 2 year of experience in Ecommerce, within the livestream operations, is strongly preerred
Strong interest in data analysis, e- commerce, and influencer marketing (KOL & KOC).
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
Having networking/resources of celebrities/KOL/KOC/MCN is preferred
