JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Scope

Supports Project Manager (PjM), Sample Order Manager (SOM) with the Sample OrderManagement on Placing, Tracking and Reporting of A- D Samples.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Shipment document preparing and submitting: Creating/ issueing order deliveryrelated document by using template or generating from customer system andforward to sample handling/packing stakeholder.
Supports the Accounting departments with gathering information regarding sampleorders for solving potential conflicts in the invoicing process ( e.g.. get deliveryproof)
Sample planning: Transmit sample volume data termly to SVP tool based onconfirmation from PjM/SOM.
Order Placing: Daily check and receive orders from the customer system/ portal/email. Confirm order related details information from PjM/ SOM and forward orderto SAMCO by releasing order in eBAS tool.
Prepares sample quotation based on the confirmation from PjM/Sales Manager andsubmit to customer via customer system/ email after the quotation is valid by theSales Manager (digital signed and/or wet signed).
Communicates internally with PjM/SOM and other stakeholders on the SampleWorkflow regarding order blocking topics (tracking of the orders).
Acts as first level support for SOM on tools
Order tracking and reporting: Responsible for tracking the sample orders updatesthe standard sample delivery plan on a regular basis and inform PjM/SOM internallyin the meetings about all the updates about changes from customer requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

Studies in an Economical or Linguistic
Ability to work in team (including virtual teams)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer Orientation
Knowledge in planning, control and logistical processes and use of IT tools (i.e.SAP) is preferred.
Systematic, organized and precise working style
Candidate with Japanese skill (N2/3)
Independent and pro- active working style
Good communication skills, assertive
Interest/knowledge in the automotive industry products
