JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities
Vietnam Homeschool curriculum
To research and develop Vietnamese, Science and Mathematics scheme of works and lessons plans based on the national curriculums.
To deliver engaging and interactive online lessons via the Nisai online platform for primary students or SEN learners aged 8 and above.
To research and apply knowledge of SEND to adapt teaching strategies, supporting learners and addressing their specific barriers to learning.
International curriculum
To develop integrated learning programs based on Nisai’s Scheme of Work for implementation in partner schools and hubs.
To create supplementary activities that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
To deliver engaging and interactive online lessons with English, Science and Mathematics subjects via the Nisai online platform for Pre- Lower Secondary and Lower Secondary level.
NHELPP
Deliver the N- HELPP (Nisai Holistic English Language Proficiency Programme), including modules on Pre- CEFR, CEFR, Unit of Sound (UoS), and WordQ.
Train and support local teachers from partner schools and hubs on tutoring techniques for UoS and Word Q, ensuring high teaching standards are met.
Enrichment
Organize and lead the CEFR- English Club, fostering student engagement in language enrichment activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Duties & Compliance
Be aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
Ensure all communications are Data Protection compliant.
Escalate any safeguarding issues in a timely and confidential manner.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Ensure maximum knowledge of subjects and course specifications.
Ensure that all company assets are protected.
Carry out any other tasks given to ensure that high standards are maintained.
Providing support to other colleagues to ensure that all priorities are met.
Participate and complete the NOCN Level 3 Teaching and Training course internally.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Language requirements: at least IELTS 7.5.
Graduated in educational field is a plus.
Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of teaching experience.
Proficient office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...).
Able to work to tight deadlines and multi- task effectively.
Ability to develop productive relationships with other teams around the network.
Providing support to other colleagues to ensure that all priorities are met.
