ROLE PURPOSE
As part of our commitment to innovation and customer happiness, our Technology Department develops digital solutions that enhance guest experience, streamline restaurant operations, and empower our partners. These include mobile applications, online ordering platforms, and internal management systems that support the entire 4P’s ecosystem.
The UX/UI Designer plays a key role in designing and improving digital experiences that reflect 4P’s purpose and operational excellence. This position combines creative design thinking with user- centered principles to transform business needs into intuitive, elegant, and functional digital interfaces for both customers and internal teams.
Job Level: Professional / Individual Contributor
The role bridges business strategy, technology, and design to deliver delightful and efficient user journeys across all 4P’s digital touchpoints.
