[HCMC] Marketing Operator - Fine Wines - High-end

Beyond executing marketing activities, this role is expected to continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness, understand customer and market trends, collaborate closely with store teams and management, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business performance.
The Marketing Operator iss responsible for strengthening Enoteca Vietnam&039;s brand presence and driving customer engagement through effective marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, new arrivals, and seasonal marketing activities.
Manage and update website content, social media platforms, and EDM campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising (MD), and Management to maximize product value and campaign effectiveness.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen Enoteca Vietnam&039;s brand and support business growth.
Work closely with store teams to improve in- store marketing, product presentation, displays, and customer experience.
Design marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, POSM, promotional materials, advertisements, and price lists.
Maintain brand- related materials, including product information, technical sheets, winery presentations, bottle images, awards, and promotional assets.
Respond to marketing inquiries through digital channels and support other marketing- related projects as assigned.
Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback from stores, and continuously optimize marketing activities.
Conduct market and competitor research, monitor industry trends, and recommend marketing improvements based on insights.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience managing social media platforms, website content, and EDM campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Good command of English is preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar design software.
Strong communication, creativity, and project coordination skills.
Proactive, self- motivated, and willing to take ownership beyond daily execution.
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
