Job overview:&13;
To manage the overall bar operations of Habanos Specialist to deliver our brand promise through excellent F&B products and services, while maximizing sales and revenue target through customer satisfaction and also Bar team members engagement.
Main responsibility:
Search and learn how to use the System.
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities.
Additional Responsibilities.
Understand brand concept of company to delivery wow services.
Following the standard operation procedure and food & beverage safety and hygiene.
Promise to maintain F&B service and bar standard operation procedure.
Bar Team Development.
Leading Bar Team.
Critical thinking and creative F&B service concept base on company goal.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least 3- 5 years in F&B industry, international hotel, mixology bar, nightlight bar, social bar, beatbox bar, fine dining restaurant, event service or international hospitality management experience essential.
• Highly organized with excellent negotiation skills.
• Updated with the latest F&B trends, technologies and best practices and ability to tie this into guest expectation.
• Strong leadership skills to training and manage a highly F&B team member
• Graduated Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Service industry, Hospitality or Hotel Management.
