JOB SUMMARY
Chịu trách nhiệm về sự thành công chung của hoạt động bếp hàng ngày. Thể hiện tài năng nấu nướng bằng cách tự mình thực hiện các nhiệm vụ đồng thời dẫn dắt nhân viên và quản lý tất cả các chức năng liên quan đến thực phẩm. Nỗ lực liên tục cải thiện sự hài lòng của nhân viên trong khi vẫn duy trì ngân sách hoạt động. Giám sát tất cả các khu vực bếp để đảm bảo sản phẩm chất lượng cao và đồng nhất. Chịu trách nhiệm hướng dẫn và phát triển nhân viên, bao gồm cả cấp dưới trực tiếp. Phải đảm bảo đạt được các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và an toàn thực phẩm.
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR
• 2- year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
