HEAD CHEF (PHOENIX GOLF - HÒA BÌNH)

- Lead and manage all kitchen operations at Phoenix Golf.
- Develop and update menus for golfers, resort guests, and events.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to align menu offerings with guest expectations.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and recipe consistency.
- Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Commis.
- Assign duties and manage staff schedules for smooth daily operations.
- Control food costs, monitor inventory, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage.
- Support events, tournaments, and banquets with timely and efficient menu execution.

Yêu cầu công việc
- English communication ability.
- Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen administration.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong culinary expertise with broad knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in 4–5- star hotel.
