• Mentor junior members and support capability development within the company in Vietnam.
• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to internal best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.

Education & Background:
• Experience supporting diverse client projects in offshore/ outsourcing environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10- 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of deep specialization in AI.
• At least 2–3 years in a Senior leadership role such as Head of AI, AI Architect or a relevant position.
Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, CrewAI, vector databases, and cloud AI platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Hands- on experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong experience in ML/DL, Generative AI, LLM fine- tuning, RAG, and MLOps.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and data engineering.
Leadership & Communication:
• Good communication skills in English (required)
• Strong strategic thinking and decision- making skills, with a business- oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage cross- functional projects, and drive innovation.
