Head Of Import And Export - English Or Chinese Is A Must

- As the Head of Import and Export, you&039;ll be fully responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all import and export- related activities, including:- Developing and executing import and export strategies aligned with the company&039;s business objectives.- Managing the entire import and export process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and international practices.- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners, customs authorities, and other relevant agencies.- Negotiating and optimizing contract terms with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure cost efficiency.- Overseeing and evaluating the performance of the import and export team, providing training and guidance as needed.- Analyzing data, identifying risks and opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, taxes, and customs requirements.- Collaborating closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Production to ensure a seamless supply chain.- Specifically, effectively managing operations related to processing trade, including raw material import, finished product export, customs finalization, and related procedures.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management position within the import and export field.- Profound experience in managing processing trade, including raw material import, finished product export processes, and customs finalization.- In- depth knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and practices, including customs procedures.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Vietnamese or English (mandatory).- Strong leadership, team management, and effective decision- making abilities.- Capability to analyze problems, resolve complex situations, and work effectively under pressure.- Proficiency in import and export- related management software.- A Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
