We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead and elevate Nafoods Group’s brand presence globally. This role is responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving integrated communications, and building a strong marketing ecosystem that supports commercial growth across both B2B and B2C markets.
You will own the brand narrative, visual identity, and content direction—ensuring consistency, impact, and relevance across all touchpoints.

About Nafoods Group
Brand Strategy & Identity
Ensure consistent brand positioning and execution for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Define, develop, and safeguard Nafoods Group’s brand identity across global markets.
Sales Enablement & Business Growth
Support revenue growth by translating brand value into compelling sales stories.
Partner closely with the Commercial team to create high- impact sales tools, including pitch decks, catalogs, and marketing collateral.
Integrated Communications
Lead internal and external communication strategies.
Manage PR, media relations, corporate messaging, and brand storytelling to strengthen corporate reputation.
Campaign & Event Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, international trade fairs, and exhibitions (e.g. Anuga, Gulfood, SIAL).
Ensure strong brand presence and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Market & Trend Intelligence
Continuously innovate to keep Nafoods ahead in a competitive global landscape.
Monitor global market trends, consumer behavior, design trends, and competitor activities.
Performance Measurement
Use data- driven insights to optimize brand health, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics.

Experience & Expertise
Proven experience in FMCG, F&B, or Agriculture is highly preferred.
8–10+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Marketing, Brand Lead, or Creative Director).
Commercial & Strategic Acumen
Strong expertise in Brand Architecture and Corporate Communications.
A business- oriented mindset with the ability to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
Leadership & Influence
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and cross- functional levels.
Strategic thinker with strong problem- solving skills and adaptability in a fast- paced, global export environment.
People Leadership
Inspiring leader and mentor, capable of building high- performing marketing and creative teams.
Strong collaboration with Sales, R&D, and other key functions.
