Head of Product

Role Overview
As Head of Product, you will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Antora’s ecosystem of blockchain and Web3 solutions. You’ll work closely with cross- functional teams, engineering, design, research, and marketing to build user- centric products that advance our mission of making decentralized technologies practical and widely adopted.
Job Description

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs across all Web3 products and protocols.
Work with BD and marketing teams to support go- to- market strategies, partnerships, and user growth.
Lead the end- to- end product lifecycle from ideation and market research to launch and iteration.
Stay ahead of Web3 trends, new technologies, and ecosystem shifts to inform product direction.
Manage and mentor the product team, fostering a data- driven and user- focused culture.
Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with company goals and market opportunities.

Proven track record of taking technical products from concept to launch.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, startup environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
Strong innovative and critical thinking skills
Strong understanding and experience in blockchain technologies especially the Defi protocols
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross- functional teams.
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies or emerging trends.
