Solution Design & Costing (Warehouse & Transportation)
Develop and manage activity- based costing models for warehouse and transport operations.
Lead end- to- end logistics solution design for RFQs/RFPs, covering warehousing, transportation, and value- added services.
Support Sales teams with competitive, accurate, and sustainable logistics solutions.
Systems & Digitalization
Define BRDs and ensure alignment between systems and operational processes.
Lead implementation and optimization of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, OMS, Smartlog, MySCM, Urbantz).
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and scalability.
Project Management & Implementation
Manage warehouse and transportation projects from solution design to go- live.
Coordinate cross- functional teams during customer onboarding and operational ramp- up.
Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
Methods, Processes & Continuous Improvement
Drive productivity, cost, quality, and safety improvements.
Define and standardize SOPs for warehouse and transport operations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Kaizen methodologies.
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
Act as key interface between Sales, Operations, IT, and customers.
Participate in customer solution validation, implementation, and performance reviews.
Team Leadership
Set clear objectives, manage performance, and build team capabilities.
Lead and develop solution design, systems, and CI teams.
Yêu cầu công việc
Hands- on experience in warehouse system implementation and process design.
Good English communication skills.
8–10 years of experience in logistics/warehousing with strong exposure to solution design and costing.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS solutions.
Male, Under 45 years old
Customer- oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
High level of autonomy and leadership.
