Market Development Strategy
Develop market entry and expansion roadmaps.
Research and analyze regional markets, including market size, trends, player behavior, and venue models.
Propose phased action plans aligned with market development stages.
Identify target customer segments (B2C, B2B, venue owners, clubs, etc.).
Assess direct and indirect competitors.
Partnership Ecosystem Development
Proactively identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with:
Sponsors and relevant brands
Establish and manage the partner pipeline.
Maintain long- term partner relationships and optimize partnership performance.
Tournament organizers
Pickleball court owners
Sports clubs
Design partnership models (revenue sharing, co- branding, sponsorship, etc.).
Develop partnership materials (proposals, partner policies, collaboration workflows).
User Growth & Revenue Acceleration
Coordinate and execute activities to attract players and activate communities.
Monitor and analyze growth metrics, including:
Conversion rate
Number of new users
Ensure assigned growth KPIs are achieved.
Number of venue owners onboarded
System adoption rate
Partner and user retention rates
Optimize revenue generation models within the ecosystem.
Scalable Foundation Building
Propose improvements to the business model as market conditions evolve.
Perform other strategic tasks as assigned by the Founder at each development stage.
Build and manage a partnership opportunity pipeline system.
Standardize partnership development and management processes.
Recommend market development team structures for subsequent growth phases.
Yêu cầu công việc
Existing network in sports, community, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
Proven experience in launching and expanding new markets from early stages.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and relationship- building skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, market development, growth roles, or tech startup environments.
Strategic mindset with strong hands- on execution capability.
