Health & Safety And Environmental (QHSE) Engineer

Train and instruct employees and onsite vendors on labor safety regulations and permit to work
Complete Contract Review activities with respect to Quality Assurance, Pest control and Security requirements and ensure all customer expectations are properly addressed
Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of all Company Business Management System Approvals (ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO 45001/BRC…) and legal compliance.
Prepare a monthly report for Country HSE Manager, Regional HSE Manager for Strategic Accounts and relating to safety activities for site.
Manage the Company&039;s Non- conformance Reporting (NCR) System and ensure that root causes are identified, and robust corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of quality, safety, health, and environment strategies in line with the Sodexo’s commitment to continuous improvement and aligns with Client’s requirements.
Carry out risk assessments and periodic safety checks
Conducts the investigation, as appropriate, of all significant accidents or incidents within the site.
Provides regular communications and feedback to management team regarding Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
Conduct on- site routine reviews to check on the quality of the vendor team and ensure Company&039;s SOP and Protocol are followed thru&039; by pest control technicians.
Write and update as necessary Quality System Procedures and Work Instructions.
Any other ad- hoc administrative duties as assigned by the General Services Manager
Conduct Quality and Safety Audits requirements and report findings to Management

Intermediate client and contractor management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
Reading/using AutoCAD drawing is an advantage
Intermediate working knowledge of software using such as Microsoft Office, PowerBI
Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001, SMETA audit, FM Global and Quality Management System requirements.

Good in English
Minimum of 3 years of quality- safety engineering experience within manufacturing environment
